Price and payment

Price

Displayed on the relevant product page and in Stripe Checkout. Japanese-yen prices are shown inclusive of Japanese consumption tax.

Additional costs

There is no shipping fee for digital products. You are responsible for internet access, communications, currency conversion, and any fees charged by your card issuer or payment provider.

Payment methods

Credit cards, Link, and other methods made available through Stripe Checkout.

When charged

Payment is taken when the order is placed. Recurring products are charged again on the renewal date shown during checkout.

Site allowance, contract length, quantity limits, and other product-specific conditions are displayed on the product page or at checkout.

Software and license delivery

After successful payment, we email the license key and a time-limited download link to the address used for the purchase. Delivery normally takes place within a few minutes, but may be delayed by payment review, network disruption, or fraud checks.

If a download link expires, you can request another link using the purchase email address.

License issue, activation, and expiry

• A license for the purchased product and plan is issued after payment succeeds.
• The activation limit follows the purchased plan. You can deactivate an unused site in WordPress and reuse that activation slot on another site.
• We may suspend or revoke a license following a refund, charge reversal, fraud, or a material breach of the applicable terms.
• Feature, update, and support availability after expiry or invalidation follows the conditions stated on the relevant product page.

If atshift User Profile Fields Pro is disabled, the free plugin continues to manage its field sets and saved profile values.

One-time products, subscriptions, and cancellation

Products may be sold as one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions. The product page and checkout state the purchase type, term, renewal price, and next billing date.

A recurring subscription renews at the stated interval until canceled. To prevent the next renewal, cancel before the renewal date through the Stripe customer flow or contact support. Cancellation does not shorten a period that has already been paid for.

Returns, cancellation, and refunds

Because the products are digital, customer-requested returns, exchanges, or refunds are generally not available after a license key or download link has been issued.

Where there is a duplicate charge, a failure to deliver for which we are responsible, a material defect, or a refund is otherwise required by applicable law, we will investigate and provide a fix, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Payment reversals and refunds are processed through Stripe.

Software requirements

Supported WordPress and PHP versions, required free plugins, and other requirements are stated on the product page, download page, or included documentation. Check the target site before purchasing.

We cannot guarantee compatibility with every combination of theme, plugin, hosting configuration, browser, or browser extension.

Beta software

Products identified as beta may contain undiscovered defects and specifications that change during development. Create a backup and test on a staging environment where possible before use on an important site.

Please report bugs and improvement requests through the support form. When automatic updates are enabled, the software can update to releases we make available.
